Please see the attached press release announcing the opening of a SBA
Disaster Loan Outreach Center available to assist victims of the August 8-10,
2009 severe storms and flooding.
The disaster declaration covers Cattaraugus, Chautauqua and Erie counties,
which are eligible for both Physical and Economic Injury Disaster Loans from
the SBA. Small businesses, and most private non-profit organizations in the
following adjacent counties are eligible to apply only for SBA Economic Injury
Disaster Loans: Allegany, Genesee, Niagara and Wyoming in the State of New
York; and Erie, McKean and Warren in Pennsylvania.
